Warehouse Worker - Rutland, VT

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate, set up, and maintain basic industrial machinery to support daily warehouse operations. 

• Safely move and organize stock within the facility, assisting with inventory management. 

• Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to safety standards. 

• Support team efforts by performing additional tasks as directed. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or industrial setting. 

• Ability to work effectively within a team. 

• Strong reading comprehension skills, including familiarity with safety procedures and operating instructions. 

• Proficient in basic math skills to handle weights, measures, and calculations related to volume, speed, and distance. 

• Capable of frequently lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs. 

• Commitment to following all safety, health, and environmental procedures.
