Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Chester, VA
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations for a growing manufacturing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys managing teams, improving processes, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of approximately 10 warehouse employees.

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

• Monitor workflow, productivity, and employee performance.

• Assist with inventory control and operational planning.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to meet business objectives.

• Lead by example and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial warehouse environments.

• Desire to grow into higher levels of operational leadership.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
