Warehouse Packer

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing products for shipment by packing, labeling, and verifying orders to ensure efficiency and quality. Your daily tasks will include measuring, weighing, and inspecting products, assembling cartons, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, weigh, count, and inspect products to uphold quality standards

• Pack products and materials by hand, adhering to company and customer specifications

• Record order and packing information accurately in designated systems

• Load items into packaging equipment and prepare them for shipment

• Assemble cartons, crates, and containers, ensuring proper padding and labeling

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

• Assist with transporting packaged goods and loading customer vehicles when required

• Follow all safety protocols, prioritizing a safe work environment while meeting productivity goals

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED 

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience 

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly

• Strong communication skills and effective team collaboration

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and equipment operation

• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

Pay & Shift Details:

• Pay Rate: $15.50 - $19.00/hour, depending on shift

• Available Shifts:

  • Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

  • Weekend Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay Details: $15.50 to $19.00 per hour
