Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Packer / Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for assembling boxes used for ice pack shipments, packing products according to customer requirements, and assisting with general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and build boxes for ice pack orders.
• Pack ice packs and other products according to customer specifications.
• Prepare completed packages for shipment.
• Label, seal, and organize boxes accurately.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with basic warehouse duties, including sorting, staging, moving, and organizing materials.
• Follow packing instructions, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Meet daily production and productivity expectations.
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, packing, production, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and warehouse materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
