Location: Monroe, NC
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Available Shifts:  

  • Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 

  • Weekend Shift (Friday – Sunday) 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy in items, quantities, and lot numbers.

  • Pick, pull, stage, and prepare customer and production orders using barcode scanners to ensure high-precision order fulfillment.

  • Perform SAP inventory transactions, manage inventory records, and participate in cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate outbound shipments utilizing UPS shipping systems.

  • Identify and track product statuses, including Released and QA Hold inventory, ensuring proper lot and item documentation.

  • Safely operate forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment; shrink-wrap pallets and prepare products for dispatch.

  • Detect and report inventory discrepancies or irregularities through Quality Irregularity Reports (QIRs).

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment by following safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in warehousing, material handling, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.

  • Proven forklift and warehouse equipment operation experience; forklift certification or ability to obtain certification is required.

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems such as SAP, including cycle counting and inventory accuracy procedures.

  • Proficiency with barcode scanners and warehouse technology to ensure precise verification of items.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.

  • Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols, especially forklift safety and proper lifting techniques.

  • Ability to periodically lift and move 30-50 lbs throughout shifts.

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
