Position: Warehouse Manager
Location: Solon, Ohio
Salary: $60,000–$80,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Are you a hands-on warehouse leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment? We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics while leading a team focused on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. This is a small, clean temperature controlled facility that builds electro-mechanical cabinets for quality scan machines in the packaging industry. 
 

What You'll Do

• Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, storage, material handling, and shipping
• Supervise and support the Shipping Coordinator and warehouse team
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
• Ensure materials are delivered to production on time and customer shipments are processed accurately
• Coordinate carriers and freight providers to support on-time deliveries
• Drive warehouse organization and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and FIFO practices
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity and material flow
• Promote a safe, compliant, and quality-focused work environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment
• Strong inventory control, logistics, and shipping/receiving experience
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel
• Experience leading and developing warehouse teams
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices
• Forklift experience and certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• Experience with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes
