Position Summary:
As a Loader, you will be responsible for efficiently performing the physical tasks involved in loading cartons and moving pallets into trailers. This role is vital in ensuring timely and accurate distribution operations. Adecco offers a dynamic work environment where safety, teamwork, and reliability are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load cartons and pallets onto trailers with attention to accuracy and safety.

• Operate RF guns to scan and track shipments effectively.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to safety protocols.

• Handle physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 75 lbs. frequently, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.

• Work around moving conveyor systems and sorters in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop repeatedly throughout shifts.

• Comfortable working on a concrete floor and standing for extended periods.

• Capable of using RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus but not required.

Pay Details: $17.50 to $20.50 per hour
