Warehouse Leads Needed – Adecco

Job Summary

Adecco is hiring an experienced Warehouse Lead to support our customer in Litchfield Park, AZ. The Warehouse Lead will help oversee daily warehouse activities, support associates and supervisors, and ensure productivity, safety, quality, and attendance expectations are met.

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and helping a team succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates during daily operations.

• Assign work and help ensure staffing is properly aligned with operational needs.

• Monitor productivity, attendance, quality, and safety.

• Provide direction and coaching to associates throughout the shift.

• Assist with training and onboarding new associates.

• Ensure employees follow UPS and Adecco policies and procedures.

• Communicate operational issues, staffing concerns, and performance issues to management.

• Help resolve employee questions and concerns in a professional manner.

• Assist with maintaining accurate attendance and staffing records.

• Conduct floor checks and ensure work areas remain organized and safe.

• Support supervisors and onsite management with daily operational needs.

• Help ensure customer service and productivity goals are consistently achieved.

• Participate in meetings and provide updates regarding shift performance.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse or distribution leadership experience preferred.

• Previous experience as a Lead, Team Lead, or supervisor preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.

• Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.

• Must be able to work the required schedule, including weekends or overtime as needed during peak periods.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
