Warehouse General Laborers require candidates to:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by leadership.
- Sort, inspect, and repackage damaged or salvageable products according to company standards.
- Prepare unsellable products for disposal.
- Load, unload, and move materials and freight throughout the facility.
- Complete basic paperwork and documentation as required.
- Support warehouse operations by filling in for absent employees when needed.
- Follow company safety, quality, and environmental procedures at all times.
- Report damaged tools, equipment, or safety concerns to leadership promptly.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for these Warehouse General Laborer jobs:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- 6 months of previous experience in a warehouse environment
