Adecco is hiring entry-level Warehouse Associates (Picker/Packers) in Rialto, CA to support outbound warehouse operations. In this role, you will accurately pick and prepare customer orders, use RF scanners to track inventory, and work alongside advanced robotic technology to support efficient warehouse operations. No previous experience is required.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour

Pay and Schedule Information

Pay Rate: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
- Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
- Mandatory overtime may be required
- Availability to work Saturdays is required
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Use RF scanners to locate, scan, and track inventory
- Assist with warehouse robotics and support robotic-assisted picking processes
- Verify product information and quantities before shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Meet productivity and quality standards
What We Are Looking For:
- Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours per shift
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, stoop, and lift throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and move 30–50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- No previous experience required; this is an entry-level opportunity!
- Must be available to work Saturdays and required overtime
