Adecco is seeking a dependable, self-motivated, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join a growing warehouse operation in Richardson, TX. This is a hands-on role within a small team environment, making reliability, initiative, and productivity essential for success. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting general warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, storing, organizing, and moving inventory.

• Operate warehouse equipment, including an electric sit-down forklift.

• Safely transport products, materials, and equipment throughout the warehouse.

• Assist with light facility maintenance and upkeep to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

• Load, unload, and stage products as needed.

• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Regularly lift and move products weighing up to 50-60 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of previous warehouse experience required.

• 1-2 years of recent electric sit-down forklift experience required.

• Experience using RF scanners and inventory tracking systems.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to productivity.

• Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent lifting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
