Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, handling, packaging, and preparing parts and products to meet customer orders and production demands. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help maintain high standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Shift Options:

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking and handling parts and products according to order specifications

• Packaging and preparing items for shipment or production, ensuring accuracy and quality

• Verifying quantities and quality standards meet company requirements

• Following written and verbal instructions to complete tasks efficiently

• Using basic computer functions and learning department-specific systems

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety procedures

• Wearing required PPE and supporting a safety-first culture

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills

• Ability to follow instructions accurately

• Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn new systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable team player with good communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move 20–30 lbs. regularly

Pay Details: $18.05 per hour
