Picker/Packer

Location: Fairfield, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:30 PM
Pay: $18/hour to start | Temp-to-Perm

Important: Public transportation does not go near this warehouse. Reliable transportation is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and process customer sample orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, organize, and replenish incoming inventory.
• Maintain a clean, oNrganized, and safe warehouse.
• Meet productivity and service-level expectations.
• Follow 5S standards and all safety procedures.
• Assist with improving warehouse fulfillment processes.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking/packing, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Forklift, order picker, or reach truck experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.

Pay increases upon permanent conversion.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
