Adecco is hiring for Warehouse Associate for a client located in East Syracuse, NY.

This is a temp to hire role

Payrate - $20.00/hour

Shift- 1st - Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations in a small, team based environment. This role focuses on pulling products from shelves using barcode or system generated tasks, repackaging items for shipment, and accurately documenting work in the company’s computer system. Attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to lift and handle product safely are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Use the company’s computer system to receive tasks, scan barcodes, and process orders

• Locate and pull products from warehouse shelves based on system instructions

• Open, count, and repackage items together according to order requirements

• Pack and label outbound shipments for customer orders

• Accurately document all steps, counts, and movements in the warehouse system

• Verify quantities to ensure order accuracy and prevent shortages or errors

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all written work instructions and safety guidelines

• Support general warehouse tasks as needed in a small team environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate, Packager, or in Shipping and Receiving

• Prior experience in a warehouse or related environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods

• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English

• Comfortable using a computer system to enter data and complete tasks

• Reliable, dependable, and able to work well with a small team

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
