Warehouse Associate

Pay: $18.50/hour

Available Schedules:

• Thursday - Monday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• Saturday - Wednesday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution and logistics operation. This role is responsible for unloading, receiving, staging, and moving freight while ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment, pays attention to detail, and can thrive in a physically active warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments and inspect freight for accuracy and quality

• Receive, sort, stage, and distribute products throughout the warehouse

• Read and interpret shipping documents, work orders, and customer orders

• Prepare products and materials for shipment

• Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner

• Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse technology to track inventory and shipments

• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse organization

• Communicate with drivers and transportation personnel regarding shipment status

• Monitor inbound and outbound freight to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, dock, distribution, or logistics experience preferred

• Experience loading and unloading trailers is a plus

• Familiarity with handheld scanners and basic warehouse systems preferred

• Basic computer skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work on your feet throughout the shift

• Ability to regularly load and unload freight and materials

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
