Responsibilities for Veterinary Product Advisor include but are not limited to:

·       Promote and support veterinary products by communicating technical, nutritional, and dietary management information to veterinary professionals.

·       Reinforce veterinarian recommendations and provide nutritional guidance to pet owners.

·       Serve as primary contact for veterinary professionals and consumers via phone, email, chat, and social media.

·       Support online store inquiries (logins, returns/refunds, credits, delivery questions).

·       Assist sales and marketing initiatives, including promotions and programs.

·       Manage product complaints and resolve customer service issues.

·       Support field sales teams with technical information, materials, and customer leads.

·       Maintain awareness of competition and customer concerns.

·       Attend select veterinary conferences and participate in field ride alongs.

 

Candidates for Veterinary Product Advisor must meet the following requirements to be considered:

·       High school diploma with 2 years of relevant experience, or

·       2+ years of customer service experience

·       Veterinary clinic, animal science, or nutrition background preferred

·       Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

·       Ability to understand and explain technical and nutritional product information

Pay: $21.95/hr - $21.95/hr on W2 without Benefits.

Shift: Onsite, 8am - 4:30pm or 9:30 - 6pm

Pay Details: $21.95 per hour
