Value Added Operator 1st Shift

We are hiring a dependable and motivated Value Added Operator I to join our team in Arden, NC! This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are looking for opportunities to grow their skills.

As a Value Added Operator, you will perform light assembly, product relabeling, inventory movement, and other warehouse tasks to support daily operations and ensure customer orders are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform small assembly tasks, product relabeling, and inventory movement.

• Operate warehouse equipment as needed.

• Record daily productivity and report information to management.

• Follow daily work assignments provided by the Group Lead.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.

• Support warehouse operations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to record productivity data.

• Ability to read and understand simple instructions in English.

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

• Previous order picker or reach truck experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of SAP/R3 is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to work as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Pay Details: $17.83 per hour
