Responsibilities for Field Technical Support  include but are not limited to: 

·       Provide software and hardware support in a professional banking environment supporting executive-level users.

·       Configure, install, test, and deploy hardware and replacement devices.

·       Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS issues.

·       Manage incidents and requests through the ticketing system and maintain accurate documentation.

·       Reimage PCs, back up and restore user data, and validate software installations.

·       Support VDI, patch management, encryption, antivirus, and two-factor authentication technologies.

·       Deliver excellent customer service and cross-functional troubleshooting support.

 

Candidates for Field Technical Support must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

·       3–5 years of software and hardware support experience in a professional environment.

·       Knowledge of server technologies and Cisco technologies.

·       Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS support.

·       Experience supporting desktop/laptop management, VDI, patch management, encryption, and antivirus solutions.

·       Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system preferred.

·       Proficiency in data backup, recovery, and device reimaging.

·       Strong communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.

·       Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Pay Details: $32.85 per hour
