Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health/Hospice
Location: Bryant, AR 72022
Pay Rate: $55.92/hour
Contract Dates: August 24, 2026 – October 17, 2026
We're seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) with Home Health and Hospice experience to join a compassionate hospice team serving patients throughout the Bryant, Arkansas area. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys providing patient-centered care in the home while managing an independent caseload.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32 hours
Productivity Expectation: 24 points per week
On-call/weekend requirement: Negotiable

Surrounding Arkansas counties
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate hospice nursing care to patients in their homes.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Manage an assigned hospice caseload while coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.
Participate in Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings to review patient progress and update care plans.
Complete hospice admissions and ongoing needs assessments.
Educate patients and caregivers on disease progression, medications, symptom management, and end-of-life care.
Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record.
Travel daily between patient homes while delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Home Health and Hospice experience
Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
Excellent communication, assessment, and bedside manner
Ability to work independently while managing a patient caseload
Preferred Qualifications
Experience performing hospice admissions and comprehensive hospice needs assessments
Strong case management skills
Additional Information
Mileage reimbursement provided between the first patient visit and the last patient visit of the day.
Flexible on-call schedule based on team needs.

Pay Details: $55.92 per hour
