Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Transaction Management Operations Analyst in Addison, TX.

 

Pay rate: $23.45/hr.

Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p (hybrid post training)

Length: 6 months with possible extension/conversion

 

(Training Schedule: mandatory 4 days onsite, 1 WFH, will switch to mandatory 3 days onsite, 2 WFH once training concludes)

 

This job is responsible for moderately complex transactions and fulfillment processing, including the movement of assets into and out of accounts.

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

•         Performs a completeness and validity assessment of the transaction data and balances or reconciles the product according to the established policies and procedures

•         Research and finds any differences, adjusting as needed and reports differences to internal or external partners for resolution

•         Responds to internal and external business partners inquiries related to exceptions via phone and email and escalates more challenging issues to leadership while supporting operational efficiency and quality client service

•         Understands the process flow from end to end including the reasons for each step, the process controls, the risks within the process and the upstream

 

Education/Certification Requirements:           

  • High School Diploma or GED

 

Experience requirements:         

•         Minimum of 1 year of experience finding numerical discrepancies, performing transaction research, and/or completing reconciliation

•         Experience managing a case load and organizing work to meet daily or weekly productivity expectations

•         Ability to manipulate data in Microsoft Excel using filters, formulas, or pivot tables to create and track worklists

 

Desired Skills:

•         General knowledge of financial products such as mutual funds, alternative investments, money markets, or retirement plans

•         Experience using Microsoft Outlook to manage and organize daily email communications

•         Experience, studies, or knowledge related to operations, finance or accounting concepts

Pay Details: $23.45 per hour
