Our client, a manufacturing company, is hiring a Tool & Die Maker to join its team in Marston, MO. 

This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on machining experience who enjoys precision work, troubleshooting, and building/repairing tooling.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build, repair, and maintain precision tooling and metal components

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Set up and operate lathes, end mills, and other machine shop equipment

  • Measure and inspect materials and finished parts

  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments

  • Maintain equipment and a clean, organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma/GED required

  • 2+ years relevant manufacturing experience

  • Hands-on experience with lathes and mills

  • Ability to read technical drawings and work with precision measurements

  • Flexibility for occasional overtime/weekend work as needed

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
