Our client, a manufacturing company, is hiring a Tool & Die Maker to join its team in Marston, MO.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on machining experience who enjoys precision work, troubleshooting, and building/repairing tooling.
What You’ll Do:
Build, repair, and maintain precision tooling and metal components
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Set up and operate lathes, end mills, and other machine shop equipment
Measure and inspect materials and finished parts
Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments
Maintain equipment and a clean, organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma/GED required
2+ years relevant manufacturing experience
Hands-on experience with lathes and mills
Ability to read technical drawings and work with precision measurements
Flexibility for occasional overtime/weekend work as needed
