Tool Die Maker

Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for Tool and Die Maker positions in Archdale, NC. • Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. Overtime on Fridays.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, maintain, and repair stamp tooling including punches, dies, and assemblies.

• Troubleshoot die-related issues and collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to improve tooling performance and manufacturability.

• Produce high-accuracy components and sub-assemblies while ensuring dimensional tolerances and quality standards are met.

• Design fixtures and tools using CAD/CAM/3D software and perform preventative maintenance to extend tooling life.

Requirements:

• Previous Tool and Die Maker experience required.

• Knowledge of progressive and transfer stamping tools, presses, feeders, and machining setup.

• CAD/CAM/3D design experience required and ability to read and interpret complex blueprints.

• Strong mechanical aptitude, mathematical skills, and ability to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted.

Pay Details: $29.00 per hour
