Position Details
Job Title: TIG Welder
Location: Kenosha, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $21.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire with pay increase once hired
Job Responsibilities
As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds and supporting the fabrication of precision metal components in a manufacturing environment. Duties include:
Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and other metal materials
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Support production and fabrication operations to meet customer and quality requirements
Qualifications
Previous TIG welding experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience working with stainless steel preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
