Position Details

• Job Title: TIG Welder

• Location: Kenosha, WI

• Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM

• Pay Rate: $21.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience

• Position Type: Temp-to-Hire with pay increase once hired

Job Responsibilities

As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds and supporting the fabrication of precision metal components in a manufacturing environment. Duties include:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and other metal materials

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols

• Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications

• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

• Support production and fabrication operations to meet customer and quality requirements

Qualifications

• Previous TIG welding experience required

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Experience working with stainless steel preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
