🌟 Telehealth Registered Nurse (RN) | Hybrid Opportunity | Cary, NC 🌟

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Telehealth Registered Nurse to join a dynamic specialty pharmacy team supporting patients enrolled in FDA-mandated Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) programs.

📍 Location Cary, NC

💰Pay Rate: $40/hr

⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Occasional 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST shifts

(Once performance metrics are met, enjoy a hybrid work arrangement with both onsite and remote work opportunities.)

💼 What You'll Do

✅ Educate and counsel patients on specialty and REMS medications

✅ Support medication adherence and patient therapy programs

✅ Conduct patient outreach and follow established call schedules

✅ Discuss side effects and treatment expectations

✅ Coordinate medication refills and delivery support

✅ Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

✅ Report adverse events and product complaints according to regulatory requirements

✅ Collaborate with pharmacy teams and healthcare providers to ensure exceptional patient care

🎯 Qualifications

✔ Active, unrestricted RN license (NC, TX, or Compact License)

✔ Associate's, Bachelor's, or accredited Nursing Diploma

✔ 2-3+ years of direct patient care experience required

✔ 5+ years of nursing experience preferred

✔ Acute care, inpatient, or outpatient experience preferred

✔ Strong communication and patient counseling skills

✔ Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone supporting patients

✔ Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

✔ Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing
