Adecco is currently assisting a leading local client in recruiting for experienced Test Technicians in Miramar, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay ranging from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

• Calibrate, align, adjust, and perform final functional testing of units prior to customer shipment using specifications, test procedures, data sheets, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams/schematics, and verbal instructions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and determine root cause of defective assemblies, parts, and components; identify, characterize, and document defects to ensure accurate and repeatable corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot analog and digital circuitry down to the component level.
• Perform detailed physical inspections to ensure products meet quality standards, specifications, and cosmetic requirements.
• Safely operate test equipment and instruments while following established procedures and taking appropriate precautions to prevent equipment damage.
• Maintain accurate records of testing and troubleshooting activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of related Test Technician experience.
• Electronic Technician Certificate and/or Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Strong background in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting electromechanical equipment to the component level.
• Ability to perform moderately complex mathematical calculations and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality and safety.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
