Team Technician

• Shift: Sun - Thu 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM

• Weekly paycheck

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance (PM) on automatic and semi-automatic manufacturing equipment.

• Monitor machine performance, collect production data (downtime, waste, and quality metrics), and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Train new employees, assist with workflow coordination, support production activities, and provide job-related guidance to team members.

• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO, safety, environmental, and company quality standards while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting issues promptly.

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably working with automated or semi-automated equipment.

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to understand manufacturing processes and equipment controls.

• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive movements, lift to 35 lbs., push up to 80 lbs., and work safely around manufacturing equipment, chemicals, and biohazard materials.
