Team Lead 1st Shift Sun Wed

Adecco is hiring immediately for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead with a leading local client in Olive Branch, MS. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive team performance, ensure safety, and maintain a clean, high-performing work environment. As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for guiding a team of material handlers in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You’ll help your team meet production goals, manage day-to-day operations, and foster a positive and accountable culture. The role requires initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to make decisions independently with minimal supervision.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate your team to meet hourly production and quality targets.

• Provide daily directions and coaching to team members to promote individual growth and team success.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs) efficiently to meet operational deadlines.

• Communicate effectively with management and fellow team leads via phone, text, and email.

• Uphold safety procedures and warehouse standards at all times.

 

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly.

• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

• Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on morale and accountability.

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar leadership role preferred.

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Comfortable working in warehouse conditions including exposure to temperature changes and noise.

• Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
