Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Specialist include but are not limited to:
· Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions.
· Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and establish selection criteria.
· Use market intelligence, talent mapping, and sourcing insights to develop recruiting strategies.
· Configure and optimize recruiting workflows and approved recruiting technologies.
· Build and maintain candidate pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill positions.
· Review AI-generated candidate recommendations and apply human judgment to hiring decisions.
· Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and process management.
· Support offer development, compensation discussions, approvals, and offer documentation.
· Maintain accurate recruiting records, compliance documentation, and requisition data.

Pay Details: $22.23 per hour
