Responsibilities:

• Analyze, maintain, and improve business systems to support organizational goals and operational efficiency

• Evaluate existing applications and recommend enhancements, upgrades, or replacement solutions

• Generate reports and provide data analysis to leadership and business departments to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions, user stories, and process improvements

• Support current applications while participating in new system implementations and technology initiatives

• Ensure data integrity across multiple systems and develop ad hoc reports as needed

• Manage integration, tools, and system resources that support business operations

• Document requirements, workflows, project timelines, and system capabilities for software implementation projects

• Coordinate system connectivity and data sharing across departments to improve business processes

• Utilize programming or technical skills to configure, enhance, and optimize system functionality

• Anticipate the impact of system changes and provide recommendations to leadership

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 year of experience as System Analyst

• Associate degree or higher.

Pay Details: $69.00 to $68.00 per hour
