Responsibilities for Supply Planner III include but are not limited to: 

·       Analyze forecasted demand and inventory levels to develop weekly supply plans that meet customer requirements while achieving fill rate targets and minimizing overall inventory costs.

·       Execute weekly supply plans to reduce future supply gaps and maximize inventory turns.

·       Analyze, establish, and maintain planning system parameters to optimize inventory levels, meet service level objectives, and control costs.

·       Maintain and update ERP master data for planning materials across multiple manufacturing locations.

·       Initiate and support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) based on material lifecycle requirements.

·       Monitor and resolve product backlogs and fill rate issues on a daily basis, identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions with appropriate teams.

·       Collaborate closely with finished goods planning, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure sufficient capacity and material availability to meet supply requirements.

·       Participate in regular global planning meetings with regional teams to align supply and demand strategies across international markets.

·       Publish weekly factory forecasts and clearly communicate forecast variances, risks, and mitigation plans.

·       Identify opportunities for planning system enhancements and partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to implement continuous process and system improvements.

·       Support operational performance objectives through effective planning, forecasting, and inventory management practices.

 

Candidates for Supply Planner III must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.

·       Working knowledge of supply chain planning concepts, including forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and supply planning.

·       Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar planning platforms.

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Mathematics, or a related field required.

·       MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in supply planning, forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, or a related supply chain function.

·       Proven track record of meeting operational KPIs and supporting process improvement initiatives.

·       Experience with forward supply chain operations; electronic product service supply chain experience is a plus.

·       APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent) preferred.

Pay Details: $55.97 per hour
