What You'll Do

• Operate stand-up forklifts and dock loaders safely and efficiently

• Load and unload trailers while verifying shipment accuracy

• Perform inventory checks and ensure system entries are accurate

• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately

• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment

• Follow warehouse and food safety procedures at all times

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of stand-up forklift and/or dock loader experience 

• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Comfortable working in freezer and cooler environments ranging from 32°F to -20°F

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team

• Safety-focused mindset and commitment to workplace standards

• Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to develop new skills

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
