Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate closing

• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective recruiting strategies aligned with business goals

• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market research

• Utilize recruiting metrics, talent market insights, and pipeline analytics to drive hiring decisions and improve recruiting outcomes

• Conduct candidate interviews and present qualified talent to hiring teams

• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation trends, interview strategies, and candidate assessments

• Ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process

• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within the ATS

• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines and business objectives

• Participate in recruiting projects, process improvements, and talent acquisition initiatives

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 4 years of experience as full cycle Recruiter

• High school or GED

Pay Details: $55.00 per hour
