🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and manage annual budgets & financial forecasts

• Analyze monthly financial results and explain key variances

• Create and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs

• Partner with leaders to identify cost-saving & performance improvements

• Maintain rolling forecasts and support strategic financial planning

 

✅ What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

📅 2–4+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or FP&A

Preferred experience includes:

• Pro forma development

• Financial forecasting and modeling

• CMS reimbursement experience (Medicare and Medicaid supplemental payments)

• Strong background in healthcare finance

• Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and insight generation

Pay Details: $51.00 per hour
