Specialty Product Manager:
The Specialty Product Manager drives growth and profitability of specialty products within the Investment Casting market. This role develops and executes market strategies, identifies opportunities, and manages product lines to expand market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute product segment strategies, business plans, and growth targets.

Conduct market research to assess size, trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Manage the full product lifecycle, including new product launches and existing offerings.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure products meet customer requirements and support development efforts.

Lead creation of marketing materials, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and promotional programs.

Analyze competitor products and share insights with sales and leadership teams.

Review product portfolio and recommend pricing, positioning, and market strategies.
-
Set and manage pricing to balance profitability and competitiveness.

Track performance metrics, sales results, and market intelligence; report regularly.

Develop annual sales forecasts, budgets, and updates.

Build and manage strategic vendor partnerships, including negotiations and agreements.
-
Support sales teams with product expertise, training, and customer-facing materials.

Oversee inventory levels across locations to optimize availability and working capital.

Coordinate with supply chain and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

Resolve customer and vendor issues related to specialty products.
-
Travel domestically and occasionally internationally as needed.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
-
Internal: Executive leadership, sales, technical teams, customer service, supply chain, quality, finance, IT, and operations.

External: Vendors, suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in Precision Investment Casting or similar industry.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
PHYSICAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel and operate a vehicle.
-
Capable of standing, sitting, and moving for extended periods.
-
Comfortable working in varying environments and temperatures.
-
Proficient in English, basic math, and standard business documentation.

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
