Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children? Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with local school districts in the Aurora, CO area to hire dedicated Early Childhood Special Education Teachers to support students with significant developmental and educational needs.

In this rewarding role, you'll work with children ages 3–5, providing individualized instruction and support that helps them develop the skills they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

What You'll Do

As an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher, you will:

  • Provide specialized instruction to preschool-aged students (ages 3–5) with significant support needs

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 15 students

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Create engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailored to each student's needs

  • Collaborate with related service providers, classroom staff, administrators, and families

  • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed

  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations

What We're Looking For

We're looking for compassionate educators who are committed to helping young learners achieve meaningful growth.

Qualifications include:

  • Active Colorado Special Education teaching license

  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Endorsement on your teaching license OR proof that you are actively working toward obtaining the endorsement

  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children or students with significant support needs preferred

  • Experience developing and implementing IEPs

  • Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered instruction

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
