Pay Details: $27,000.00 to $41,000.00 per year

You’ll have the opportunity to provide meaningful clinical support, build strong therapeutic relationships, and help individuals move toward stability, recovery, and long-term wellness.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Support individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and crisis-related needs
- Provide crisis intervention in accordance with program guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote comprehensive client care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR
- Participate in case reviews, treatment team meetings, and ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For
- Active Arizona behavioral health license required
- Must hold one of the following licenses:
- LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in outpatient behavioral health, mental health, substance use, or crisis services is a plus
- Strong commitment to recovery-oriented and client-centered care
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage multiple priorities
