SMT Machine Operator

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for SMT Machine Operator in WESTBURY NY. • Pay: $25.00/Hr

• Shift: Monday to Friday 07:00 Am to 03:00 Pm.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor SMT equipment, including screen printers and pick-and-place machines

• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to support production goals

• Ensure accurate solder paste application and component placement

• Inspect the assemblies and verify compliance with quality standards

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of SMT equipment

• Follow safety, and manufacturing procedures

• Document production activity, equipment issues, and corrective actions

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 years of SMT manufacturing experience

• High school diploma or GED / technical training preferred

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
