Adecco is currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals for a Site Leader position with TRIGO Global Quality Solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support quality inspection teams at customer locations.
• Coordinate staffing and daily mission assignments.
• Train and mentor inspectors while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Conduct visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of products and materials.
• Isolate and identify non-conforming materials.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor and approve employee timekeeping records.
• Complete required reporting and documentation through company portals.
• Assist with problem-solving and troubleshooting quality concerns.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

? High School Diploma or GED required
? Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
? Quality inspection experience preferred
? Basic Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
? Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
? Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
