Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Adecco is currently hiring a Logistics/Shipping Office Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Montgomeryville, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone with shipping, logistics, order processing, or customer service experience who enjoys a fast-paced office environment.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and process customer and distributor orders through production and shipping

• Prepare and accurately complete Bills of Lading and shipping documentation

• Schedule shipments and communicate with carriers regarding pickups and deliveries

• Enter shipping dates, tracking information, carrier details, and freight costs into the company’s ERP system

• Monitor shipments and follow up on delays or missed carrier pickups

• Answer questions regarding shipping status, pricing, availability, and delivery

• Communicate with customers, distributors, carriers, Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and other departments

• Review orders to ensure all information is accurate and complete before shipment

• Help resolve shipping, billing, freight, and order-related issues

• Maintain accurate records and files

• Assist with process improvement and department projects

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 6-12 months of shipping, receiving, logistics, order processing, or related experience preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Basic math and strong attention to detail

• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Ability to learn new software and ERP systems

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
