PURPOSE/SCOPE: The clerk with be doing administrative functions along with picking, packing, and loading where needed. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibilities of this role are these:

· Pick/Pack/Load all types of orders including LTL, LTL special handling, and International.

· Print BOLs, Customs Invoices, Transfer Orders, and labels for air and ocean shipments

· Print LTL special handling paperwork

· Communicate with LTL carriers to arrange freight

· Process LTL special handling orders through customer websites

· Maintain operating supplies

JOB DETAILS:

· M-F 7am – 3:30pm

· This is a temporary role of ~90 days, potential to become permanent.

· Associate will support our Small Parcel area. Will be asked to Pick/Pack orders as needed

Pay starts at $19/Hour

Successful applicant must have a sense of urgency, focus and detail as they will be tracking and escalating orders, along with taking direction from others



Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
