We're seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing engineering initiatives within a highly regulated production environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a Manufacturing Engineering team consisting of Engineers and Technicians.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
- Support manufacturing operations involving plastic injection molding and automated manufacturing processes.
- Conduct root cause investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence (OPEX) projects.
- Support new equipment installations, validations, and production start-ups.
- Coordinate Design of Experiments (DOE), process validations, and Change Control activities.
- Support equipment transfers and manufacturing expansion projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
- Strong background in Plastic Injection Molding.
- Experience within a Medical Device, FDA-regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Plastic food packaging manufacturing experience will also be considered.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred (equivalent hands-on experience considered).

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
