We're seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing engineering initiatives within a highly regulated production environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a Manufacturing Engineering team consisting of Engineers and Technicians.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
  • Support manufacturing operations involving plastic injection molding and automated manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct root cause investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence (OPEX) projects.
  • Support new equipment installations, validations, and production start-ups.
  • Coordinate Design of Experiments (DOE), process validations, and Change Control activities.
  • Support equipment transfers and manufacturing expansion projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
  • Strong background in Plastic Injection Molding.
  • Experience within a Medical Device, FDA-regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
  • Plastic food packaging manufacturing experience will also be considered.
  • Experience with:

    • CAPA
    • Change Control
    • Process Validation
    • Project Management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred (equivalent hands-on experience considered).

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
