Responsibilities for Senior HR Recruiter include but are not limited to:
· Manage full-cycle recruiting: job intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation
· Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events)
· Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
· Deliver a strong candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process
· Use data & market trends to advise on hiring strategies and improve recruiting outcomes
Candidates for Senior HR Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· Minimum 5-10 years of recruiting / HR / client-facing experience (full lifecycle preferred)
· Proven experience in full-desk recruiting (not coordination)
· Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
· Strong sourcing skills, especially for Data Science / Analytics / Quant roles
· Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

· Shift: Hybrid Monday - Friday / 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Pay Details: $58.85 per hour
