Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting for a Document Control Specialist in Miramar, CA.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay ranging from $35.00 to $45.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
• Manage, review, release, and maintain controlled documents, including drawings, specifications, procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
• Support ECO/change control activities, including document revisions, change requests, approvals, and release records.
• Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs), part records, and engineering documentation within PLM, PDM, or ERP systems.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, traceability, and compliance with company and quality system requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams to support audits, product launches, and documentation needs.
Requirements:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in document control, ECO/change management, BOMs, ERP, PLM, or PDM systems within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience processing engineering changes, document revisions, BOM updates, and technical documentation packages.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
