Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition

Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for a Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition position in South Jordan, UT. This is a great opportunity to further your existing recruiting and talent acquisition skills while learning new ones to assist you in your career. This is a short-term 6-week contract assignment with the potential for extension. • Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Hybrid Schedule: Minimum 3 days onsite per week

• Weekly paycheck

• Pay: $53.58 - $57.14 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional positions across the U.S. and Canada

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective talent acquisition strategies

• Source, engage, and attract top talent through innovative recruiting methods and talent pipelining

• Utilize recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and ATS platforms such as Workday to drive hiring success

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while serving as a trusted talent advisor

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably within a large global organization

• Experience recruiting across both the United States and Canada

• Proficiency with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Strong sourcing, talent pipelining, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience leveraging recruiting analytics, reporting, and market insights to support hiring decisions

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Pay Details: $53.58 to $57.14 per hour
