Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Scanner Clerk to support the implementation of a new company program. This entry-level position is responsible for scanning, organizing, and uploading documents into the company's electronic document management system. The ideal candidate will have basic clerical experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Scan paper documents and upload them into the electronic database.
Verify scanned files for accuracy, legibility, and completeness.
Organize and index documents according to established procedures.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Ensure confidential documents are handled securely.
Retrieve, sort, and prepare documents for scanning.
Maintain an organized workspace and filing system.
Assist with other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Excellent time management and dependability.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements associated with document handling and scanning.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
