Inside Sales Representative | Insurance Experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Pay: $35.00

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with previous experience in the insurance industry. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable building customer relationships, identifying coverage needs, following up on leads, and converting opportunities into sales.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-focused mindset, and experience working with insurance products, policies, quotes, or customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective and existing customers.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products or services.

• Follow up on leads, quotes, renewals, and sales opportunities.

• Explain coverage options, policy features, pricing, and next steps clearly.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM or agency management system.

• Meet established sales, call activity, and conversion goals.

• Build relationships with customers to encourage retention and additional sales opportunities.

• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Maintain professionalism and follow applicable insurance and company compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of insurance industry experience preferred, 

• Strong phone-based sales and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable working toward measurable sales and productivity goals.

• Ability to explain insurance concepts in a clear, customer-friendly manner.

• Strong follow-up, organization, and computer skills.

This is a remote position and paid training

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
