Sales Manager

Compensation

• Position Sales Manager reporting to President

• Base $65K - $70K (want to keep this low and the variable attractive)

• Commission 8% (calculated as 1 year annualized subscription revenue X 8% + 4% on the installation fee). This is very attractive. 

Experience:

• At least 2 years of Sales experience

• ERP or similar technology sales experience

• Must learn the technology within the first 3 months well enough to conduct independent demos

• MRO or aviation experience *

• Dallas based candidates only

• Hybrid model

• Attending trade shows is a critical part of the job

• Hubspot or similar CRM experience

Other:

• Performed own demo (this is a must)

• Will be managed to KPI - e.g: # product of demos, sales pipeline based on stages, leading indicators activities

• Participate in weekly meetings

 
 

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
