Sales - CSR

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Sales/Customer Service Representative in the Quad City area. This is a long-term assignment.  Duties will include inbound/outbound calls, managing current clientele and sales to gain new accounts. 1. Keep in contact with all current customers and keep all computer and hard copy files up-to-date.

2. Gain new accounts by contacting perspective customers.

3. Answer all incoming calls and make calls to all customers to take orders, inform them of early order discounts and conventions that Regalia will be attending.

4. Write all orders neatly, correctly, and in a timely manner.

5. Make monthly individual goals.

6. Bring in new ideas for growing customer base.

7. Send out mailings and catalogs to all current customers and to perspective customers.

8. Attend conventions located in sales territory and others as requested.

9. Prepare displays and all sales promos for conventions.

Qualifications:
 

• Must be detail oriented

• Must have a high school diploma or GED

• Must be able to work as a team and individually

Starting pay is $18 an hour – first shift

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
