Senior Enablement Program Lead – NVIDIA AI Factory Readiness
Position Summary
Our client’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) is accelerating its NVIDIA AI Factory delivery capabilities and requires a Senior Enablement Program Lead to design, operationalize and execute a global technical enablement framework that prepares engineering teams to independently deploy, optimize and support NVIDIA AI Factory solutions.
The Program Lead owns end-to-end enablement strategy across technical learning paths, instructor-led training, certification management, deployment shadowing, learning platform integration, operational reporting and executive governance. Working across NVIDIA, Delivery, Sales, Learning & Development, Manufacturing and Product organizations, this role establishes a scalable global enablement framework spanning AI infrastructure, software, networking, validation and operational services.
Scope of Services
The contractor will lead three strategic workstreams: (1) Global AI Factory Technical Readiness, (2) Learning Platform Integration, and (3) Global Enablement Operations.
Workstream 1 – Global AI Factory Technical Readiness
Own and operationalize complete NVIDIA AI Factory technical readiness program supporting approximately 80–100 global delivery engineers.

Field Readiness & Deployment Shadowing

Workstream 2 – Learning Platform Integration
Partner with Learning & Development to integrate NVIDIA learning paths into learning platforms, standardize learning journeys, maintain curriculum alignment, improve learner reporting and establish scalable enablement processes.
Workstream 3 – Global Enablement Operations
Coordinate global technical workshops, training voucher utilization, manufacturing site enablement, deployment shadowing with NVIDIA NVIS teams, KPI reporting, executive reviews and continuous program improvement.

Pay Details: $80.00 per hour
