RQ16756 - UX Lead
The UX Lead is responsible for defining and scaling customer experience strategy across owned digital channels, customer journeys, and conversion ecosystems. This role leads the design of intuitive, data-driven, and customer-centered experiences that improve engagement, enable decision-making, and drive measurable business outcomes.
The UX Lead partners closely with Content Strategy, Creative, Product Marketing, Web Operations, Analytics, SEO, Development, and Geo teams to create consistent, high-performing digital experiences across global markets. Beyond page design, this role owns journey architecture, design governance, usability standards, experimentation frameworks, and experience optimization initiatives that accelerate customer progression and conversion.

Pay Details: $50.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the global UX vision and experience strategy.
- Create scalable customer journey frameworks aligned to buyer needs and business priorities.
- Design end-to-end experiences across awareness, consideration, evaluation, decision, and conversion stages.
- Shift experience planning from page-centric design to journey-centric orchestration.
- Establish standards for navigation, content flow, progression paths, and decision support mechanisms.
- Lead journey mapping workshops with business stakeholders and customer-facing teams.
- Identify friction points and opportunities across key customer journeys.
